    Nice catch !

The McCarters were lead singer Jennifer McCarter (b. 1964) and her twin sisters Lisa and Teresa (b. 1966). The trio issued a pair of albums on Warner Brothers in 1988 and 1990 and then seemingly disappeared. The first album, THE GIFT, was truly excellent with a very ‘down home’ semi-acoustic sound and featured a pair of top five singles in “The Gift” and “Timeless and True Love” .

The follow up album (billed, for no good reason,as Jennifer McCarter & The McCarters) was simply okay and featured a somewhat more standard Nashville production. “Up and Gone” cracked the top ten but the next three singles failed to crack the top thirty

The song on this does not appear on either of their Warner Brothers albums

“Betcha Gonna Love Me” was a track on their second WB album “Better Be Home Soon” released in 1990. That album’s lack of success led to their release from the label. No other label was interested in them as the “hot country” era was exploding and their sound was not conducive to dance halls.
