Seems that Kris Kristofferson borrowed the line!

Marty Robbins showing once again that he had one of the greatest voices in country music. Love the live performance with his in-studio band – no lip synching or singing to pre-recorded tracks here. This great Jenny Lou Carson song was a 1952 top ten hit for Eddy Arnold. Many other artists have recorded this excellent tune including Merle Haggard who released a superb version on his 1965 Capitol album “Strangers.”
