Susan Raye’s highest charting hit – it climbed to #3 in January 1972.
The Capitol single sounded much better with Susan’s overdubbed harmony and additional vocals from Don Rich & The Buckaroos. Her vocal sounds off-key at times on this Hee-Haw clip.

      Agree

Although this was her biggest country hit, her cover of David Frizell’s ” L.A. International Airport” got such heavy pop airplay that it was by far her biggest selling single and is easily her most remembered song.

Her records were pretty good. I never got to see her in concert so I can’t judge how good she was as a live performer. Perhaps the off-key vocals in this clip represent nothing more than an off night
