    THis was Kay’s only chart hit, reaching #30 in October 1966, but she was on the scene for a few years, cutting at least four albums for Tower Records, two of which charted on the country album charts . One of the albums was a fine duet album with Dick Curless . Tower seems to have been a subsidiary of some sort of Capitol Records

    i think betty amos’ ’18 wheels a-rollin’ on starday (betty amos with judy and jean) recorded in ’64, was a little before this one, but they are both great!
