Written by Don Reid the studio version of this song was recorded on May 15, 1974 and peaked at #3 on the Billboard country chart during the final week of September 1975. This single was a comeback hit for the Statlers as the previous seven singles released from 1973 through early 1975 all failed to reach the top ten. Though not their biggest hit chart-wise it was consistently one of their most popular concert performances.
