Beautiful performance of a gorgeous song.
I think so too, Michael. I remember watching this performance when I was younger and I’ve been waiting for someone to upload it to youtube so I could put it in this series.
This is probably my favorite Wynonna song. I also remember watching the performance on TV, and I’ve also searched YouTube in vain for it several times. I’m glad to see it’s finally out there.
This song is very interesting to me. It has a very simple melody, but the emotion is so strong that it carries the song into something rather impressive. It’s one of my favorite Wynonna songs too.
“no one else on earth” could sing that song like that!
This is my favorite Wy song of all time. Watching this makes me wonder why she doesnt have any radio hits anymore. She puts Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood to shame with her vocals. They only wished they could sing this good.
I think she stopped having hits because she strayed too far from her country roots at a time when the pop influences hadn’t completely taken over at country radio.
This is, without a doubt, my favorite song of Wynonna’s career. So good.
